As a portal user, I am able to view the details of the application, overview of the Application (in
form of markdown content) so that I further explore the available APIs within the Application and
the associated configurations.
**Background:**
As Portal admin, I can configure at the portal-tenant level how Shared Secrets are generated in
Applications. This allows our customers the flexibility to meet the security requirements or even
configure these behaviors differently across environments. The Scenarios are:
A.Plain text only (this is the default behaviour for backwards compatibility)
B.Hashed only
C.Plain text and Hashed
Note: The plain text secret is still encrypted in the portal the same as existing behavior
